Program management · Custom AI agents
Enterprise program discipline, with the routine work running on agents you own.
20 years running Fortune 100 programs. The last two spent teaching the status reports to write themselves.
Every program runs on the same routine work. I have spent twenty years working out how to do it well, and the last two encoding that into agents — five in production across an enterprise PMO of several hundred people.
- 01Status reporting and executive updates
- 02Meeting notes, decisions, and actions
- 03Steering committee decks
- 04SOPs and process documentation
- 05RAID and dependency tracking
- 06Project intake and planning
- 07PMO governance and stand-ups
- 08Budget tracking and forecast cycles
- Something else? That's a two-week build.
The hours you pay for are the ones only I can do.
Traditional consulting bills for producing documents. Someone senior decides what the status report should say, someone junior formats it, and you pay for the hours in between.
The documents still arrive, every week, to the same standard. They come out of agents built on twenty years of deciding what a good one looks like, which is the part that cannot be automated.
So the rate is senior and the hour count is small. You are paying for the call on the risk, the conversation with the exec, and the decision about what happens next.
Two ways to work together.
FIXED SCOPE
Agent Build
One workflow, automated and deployed in your environment, in about two weeks.
- A half-day scoping session to pick the one workflow with the best return

- Deployment in your tenant (Microsoft 365, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Claude)
- Written documentation and a one-hour handover
You own the result. No subscription to me, no black box.
From $7,500, fixed after scoping.

The job has not changed. The tools have.

I started in 2002 at Accenture, working on financial systems for federal civilian and defense agencies. Since then the job has not changed — work out how a program actually runs, then encode it into whatever the tools of the moment are — but the tools have, four times over: custom code, then ERP, then cloud and SaaS, now agents. I spent a decade of that in global consultancies including Deloitte and Accenture, across manufacturing, banking, media, high tech, healthcare, and government, which is where you learn to land somewhere unfamiliar and be useful in the first week.
The last two years I have spent writing my own methods down as agents that produce the work to the standard I would. I'll run it, or I'll build it so you can run it without me.
